CalpixDigital custody of public spending

Public money leaves a paper trail that nobody can follow. Deliverables live in one department, invoices in another, penalties in a spreadsheet, and the final settlement in an inbox. By the time an auditor asks where a peso went, the documentary chain has already broken across four systems that were never designed to talk to each other.

Calpix rebuilds that chain as a single immutable sequence: contract, deliverables, delivery notes, deductions, pre-invoice, CFDI invoice, settlement. Every transition is signed, timestamped and attributable to a named role, so tracing an individual peso from origin to destination is a query rather than an investigation.

The platform ships white-label. Each agency gets its own institutional identity, its own terminology and — critically — its own government domain, so the people who use it never leave the environment they already trust. For IMSS Bienestar that instance runs at calpix.imssbienestar.gob.mx, on federal infrastructure, under a verified .gob.mx domain.

The name comes from the Nahuatl calpixqui — the official of the Mexica empire who guarded the tribute and rendered account of it to the people. Same mandate, different century.
